Managed waitlist data notice

What we collect

When you join the Managed OpenClowd waitlist, we store your normalized email address, whether the signup came from the homepage or managed-hosting page, the consent-text version, and signup/update timestamps. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. We do not store the Turnstile token after verification.

Storage and retention

The waitlist is stored in Cloudflare D1. A daily retention job deletes each waitlist record after 24 months without a new signup or update. You can request deletion sooner at cloud@openclowd.ai.
